Upon check-in, a staff member will greet you and escort you to the villa.
Staff will be on-site throughout your stay, so please feel free to ask us if you need anything. “This villa employs a concierge.”

We require a 50,000 yen security deposit.
If there are no issues, the full amount will be refunded.

Parking: 1–2 cars
You may park one car on the property. Please park the second car on the private driveway. Please contact us regarding parking for a third car or more.

Rules

Loud noises and parties after 8:00 p.m. are prohibited.
In the event of a violation, we may restrict your use of the pool.

Please wear a swimsuit when using the pool, sauna, or cold plunge pool.

Pets are not allowed.

Fireworks are prohibited.

As the property is surrounded by nature, insects and animals may be present.

The hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings or valuables.
Please take responsibility for managing your own valuables.

In the event of damage to or loss of the villa’s facilities or furnishings, we may charge you for damages. Please take great care.

The villa assumes no responsibility for damages caused by earthquakes, fires, power outages, natural disasters, or other acts of God.
