If there are no issues, the full amount will be refunded.

Note: Due to the steep slope of the parking lot, we ask that anyone concerned about safety please use the nearby paid parking lot. There have been incidents of vehicles accidentally entering neighboring properties. To avoid any issues, please ensure you park in the correct location. For a second vehicle or more, please use the paid parking lot.

Loud noises and parties after 8:00 PM are prohibited.
In the event of a violation, we may restrict your use of the pool.

Pets are not allowed.

Fireworks are prohibited.

The Enoden railway tracks are located nearby.
You may hear train noise from 5:00 AMuntil around midnight.

As the property is surrounded by nature, insects and animals may be present.

This hotel assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings or valuables.

In the event of damage to or loss of the villa’s facilities or furnishings, we may seek compensation for damages. Please take great care.
